I have lived in Nottingham all of my life, so I know a lot about the city. One of my friends who was planning on moving down here was asking where he should live, and I told him that there were great places that he should consider that are only a couple of miles outside of Nottingham, that have a bit more of a quiet feel. I went with him to look around some flats, and I have to admit that I wasn’t that impressed until I found www.onebedroomflatnottingham.co.uk. It’s in the village of Gamston near Bridgford, and it’s a great place. It’s only a couple of miles from the centre of Nottingham, so he can cycle into work or even walk if he feels like it.

Looking for a new place to live can be a very stressful experience. It takes a lot of thought to find a place that is going to be right for you; you have to consider the location, the amenities and of course the property itself. When my company relocated me from Leeds to Nottingham, I had to find somewhere new to live, and fast. I didn’t know much about Nottingham as a city. so I decided to take a weekend to have a wander round and find the best place for me and my requirements. My new office was in the city centre, but I don’t really go for city centre living, so I wanted somewhere that was a bit further out.
